Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern “Paperazzi PaperCuts” relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term “Paperazzi Papercuts” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is at Anglo House, Worcester Road, Stourport on Severn, England, DY13 9AW. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Shipping and Returns
Shipping - Once we have received your order we aim to send your proof within 14-21 days. We aim to complete your order within 14 days of receiving your proof approval usually sooner but we reserve the right to extend this during busier periods.

All items are handmade to order, if you need the items by a certain date, please check that we can fulfill in time before ordering.

All finished items for UK delivery will be sent by courier and a signature will be required upon delivery. We are not able to send frames outside the UK.

Postage charges are from £7.99. We will always contact you should an item be Out of Stock. In this instance you will always be given the option of placing the item on back order, choosing an alternative or we will refund your transaction.

We cannot despatch orders to PO Boxes. We request all of our customers to have registered addresses.  We reserve the right to decline any orders that do not meet their credit card billing criteria.

Your Right To Cancel - You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason prior to start of the design being created.. If you do cancel the contract before we have begun to work on your design any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. Once we have begun to work on your design a cancellation/admin charge of £25 will apply. If you have approved your proof  we regret that the order cannot be cancelled. In this instance, please follow the guidelines for Returns / Refunds.

Late/Non Arrival of Delivery - If your delivery is late or doesn't arrive within the quoted delivery timescale please contact us by emailing sales@paperazzi.co.uk  In the event of a non-delivery we can only allow a replacement / refund after 20 working days has passed. This is the standard timescale for couriers to classify a parcel as lost.

Returns & Refunds - We always hope you will be truly pleased with your purchases Paperazzi Papercuts . We can not accept returns on Bespoke / Made To Order / Special / Personalised orders. An exception to this would be if we have not supplied the item ordered, please make sure you have ordered correctly before contacting us. We cannot be held responsible for customers ordering the wrong item or misspelling personalised orders. If we have made a mistake on your order, please email us studio@paperazzi.co.ukk within 2 days of receiving your frames for instructions for returning the item(s) to the studio.

As with all fragile products glass and frames can be broken if not treated with care. Please check your frame carefully when you receive it and contact me within 2 days if it is delivered faulty or damaged.

Retention of Title - The title to all goods remains with Paperazzi Papercuts until received by the customer.

Your statutory rights remain intact at all times. In the unlikely event of a return please e-mail sales@paperazzi.co.uk or telephone 0845 652 6012 and we will give you return address details. Once we have approved your return request, you will be asked to return the item by insured delivery. We are not responsible for any items lost / damaged in transit to us. We suggest you use a ‘Signed For’ service. In the event of a faulty item needing to be returned, your shipping costs will be refunded.

Distance Selling - By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of products except bespoke artwork, personalised and made to order items. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us thestudio@fingerprint-jewellery.co.uk then package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to the address given to you when we respond to your email, so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. We suggest you use a ‘Signed For’ service, with sufficient insurance to cover the value of your item(s). Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (e.g. bespoke artwork). As soon as we receive notice of your order cancellation, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
